> Boutique > How do I find a product and place an order ?

Ordering in 4 easy steps

  1. I choose my products
  2. I fill in my name and address
  3. I pay by using a secure server
  4. I will receive my order at the date given

You can also give your name and address before you select your products.

The 4 steps in more detail

1. I choose my products

To help guide you in your search for either a particular product or just for ideas Aliénor Lutherie proposes two tools, which are practical and simple to use.

  • If you wish to do a search on a certain theme all our categories are presented in the left-hand column of each page of the e-boutique.
  • We also propose the possibility to do a more detailed search by completing specific fields, which are also located in the left-hand column of each page of the e-boutique.

2. I fill in my name and address

A form has been especially set up to this effect.  A link is available on each page of the boutique in the top right hand corner under "My account" (Mon compte):

If, you are a new client fill in each field for the name and address form and validate it.

or if, you are an existing customer, just complete your e-mail (or your login) and your password.

3. I pay by using a secure server

Once you have placed your order you can pass to the payment stage by clicking on the button "Order the details of my basket" or by clicking on the "Order" button, which is on all the pages of the e-boutique in the right-hand column of each page.

All you have to do now is follow the rest of the instructions.

4. I will receive my order at the date given

You now only have to wait for the postman to ring the bell :-)
